The petitioner seeks bail in Jagdishpur P. S. Case No. 357 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that when informant had gone for call of nature this petitioner committed illegal act with her.

It has been submitted that there is no eye witness of the case. The victim has been medically examined. The medical report of the informant has been annexed as Annexure -2 to the bail petition, wherein, the doctor has found her age between 17 to 19 years. No any evidence of recent sexual assault was found by the doctor. The doctor has not found any

Petitioner is in custody since 15.7.2018 Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Bhagalpur, in connection with Jagdishpur P. S. Case No. 357 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
