Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, looted motorcycle was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2018. Petitioner has stated on oath in Para 8 of the bail petition that the named witnesses stated before the police that in fact the petitioner was standing nearby the motorcycle and was not in possession of the same. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

No.20837 of 2019(2) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chhatapur Police Station Case No. 345 of 2018, with the following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
