JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 468/471/420/120B and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1B)(a), 26, 25 (AA) and 35 of the Arms Act. Petitioner has been named on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused who were apprehended on the spot with arms and ammunition and other incriminating materials. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
