It is evident from paragraph 9 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent No. 6 that the excess amount of Rs. 21,138 /-, earlier recovered, has now been authorized and released for payment keeping in view the decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court.

The primary relief which the petitioner was seeking in the writ application has already been extended by the respondents. If the actual payment has not been received by the petitioner, he can point out the same to the concerned authorities, who must ensure that it is done within a period of
