Informant, who happens to be maternal grandfather of alleged victim, Shabnam Kumari initially filed a complaint petition, which was sent to the local police for registration and investigation, alleging therein that accused/petitioner enticed away Shabnam Kumari.

Considering the statement having been made by Shabnam inconsonance with period of detention since 28.03.2016, petitioner, Kundan Sharma is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, 2nd- Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Kharik PS Case No. 33/2016, GR No.226/2016.
