The petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No 1519 of 2018 arising out of Ara Mufassil Police Station Case No 310 of 2018 dated 21.09.2018 registered under Sections 30 (a), 37 (b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From perusal of the first information report, it appears that from the possession of the petitioner Madan Paswan, 25 liters of Mahua liquor is said to have been recovered and for that, the petitioner is in custody since 21.09.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like
