ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 3187 of 2013 for the offences registered under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry prohibition Act.

Earlier the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre and the report from the said Centre has been received which indicates that the dispute between the parties, has been resolved through the process of mediation and the terms and conditions have been attached to the said mediation report. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that stipulated money has already been paid to the opposite party no. 2 through bank draft.

No.7851 of 2015 (4) dt.01-07-2016 Considering the fact that the issue between the parties has already been settled as per the mediation report, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Purnea, in connection with Complaint Case No. 3187 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
