The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sono (Charkapathar) P.S. case No. 175 of 2016 under Section 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that petitioners and Babloo Yadav kidnapped his minor daughter for the purpose of marriage. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are uncles of Babloo Yadav, petitioner No.3 is his father, petitioner No.5 is his mother and petitioner No.4 is relative of Babloo Yadav. Babloo Yadav has got love affairs with the victim and the victim fled away with Babloo
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12677 of 2017 (2) dt.08-04-2017 2/2 Yadav. The petitioners have no manner of concern. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Jamui in Sono (Charkapathar) P.S. Case No. 175 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
