Ranjan, learned AC to GP-17 for the State and Mr. Ram Kinker Choubey, learned counsel for the Accountant General, Bihar.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Saran at Chhapra along with the relevant documents in support of his claim that the petitioner is the legally wedded husband of the deceased employee Sabra Khatoon. The claim of the petitioner is that the deceased employee Sabra Khatoon had married with the petitioner after the death of her husband namely Late Akbar Ali.

3. The District Programme Officer (Establishment), Saran at Chhapra is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner with respect to the payment of family pension to the petitioner in accordance with law. So far as other retiral dues on different heads are concerned, the same is directed to be distributed between the biological sons and daughters of the deceased employee Sabra Khatoon in equal shares within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.
