Petitioners being parents of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 307/34 of the I.P.C. Subsequently Section 304B of the I.P.C was also added. The First Information Report is based on fardbeyan of the victim, where it was submitted that after four years of marriage, for non-fulfilment of dowry demand the victim was put on fire by the petitioners and other in-laws including the husband of the victim.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that during investigation it has come that the victim was taken to the hospital by these petitioners and the husband of the victim is in custody.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50102 of 2014 (3) dt.13-03-2015 2/2 This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly the application is dismissed in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 189 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.
