Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is named in the first information report but admittedly, no one sustained any injury in this case and no specific overt-act has been attributed against the petitioner. Moreover, several co-accused, having more or less similar allegation, have already been granted privilege of bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
