The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Muffasil (Mahadeva O.P.) P.S. Case No. 507 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 379, 447, 448, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to malafide intention and ulterior motive. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further submission is that both the parties have
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56941 of 2021(2) dt.13-05-2022 2/2 sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Muffasil (Mahadeva O.P.) P.S. Case No. 507 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
