2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.03.2023 passed in Cr. App (SJ) No. 1264 of 2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vide order dated 22.03.2023, passed in Cr. App (SJ) No. 1264 of 2022, appellants were granted bail, but inadvertently, father name of appellant no. 3 has wrongly been mentioned as "Umesh Mahto", instead of "Yogi Mahto @ Yogendra Mahto". Similarly, father name of appellant no. 4 has wrongly been mentioned as "Yogi Mahto @ Yogendra Mahto", instead of "Umesh Mahto".

3. Accordingly, order dated 22.03.2023, passed in Cr. App (SJ) No. 1264 of 2022 is modified to the extent that father name of appellant no.3 be read as "Yogi Mahto @ Yogendra Mahto" instead of "Umesh Mahto". Similarly, father name of appellant no. 4 be read as "Umesh Mahto", instead of "Yogi Mahto @ Yogendra Mahto".

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks after depositing Rs. 2000/- in the victim compensation fund from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Sheikhpura SC/ST P.S. Case No. 09 of 2021 pending in the court of learned 1st Additional District and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28475 of 2023(5) dt.15-09-2023 3/3 Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura.

The order dated 22.03.2023 is modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
