2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 10.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 82438 of 2023 by which the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail with certain conditions.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to illness, the petitioner could not surrender within the stipulated period and prays for extension of period of surrender.

4. Having regard to the submission made on behalf of the petitioner and the averments mentioned in the modification

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32901 of 2024(2) dt.28-06-2024 2/2 application, the time to surrender is extended for further two weeks subject to payment of cost of Rs.3,000/- which will be deposited by the petitioner in the coffers of Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within a week.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 10.01.2024 is modified to the aforesaid extent only.

6. This petition stands disposed of.
