The petitioner namely Fashion Vickey is in custody since 08.09.2015 in Beur P.S. Case No.178 of 2015 under Section 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

According to the prosecution case, the informant chased the petitioner and other co-accused persons when they were making plan for dacoity. From the possession of this petitioner, one loaded country made pistol and one cartridge has been recovered. The seizure list is Annexure 5.

Considering the period of detention, I direct that the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39040 of 2016 (3) dt.17-09-2016 of Rs. 10,000(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Savita Rani, the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna in connection with Beur P.S. Case No.178 of 2015.
