JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(a), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act. It is alleged that this petitioner kidnapped the victim girl and took her in a rented room and forcibly made physical relations with her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case in order to save their skin from Kako P.S. Case No. 134 of 2020 which has been lodged by the uncle of the petitioner against the informant and other.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submitted that there is specific allegation against the
