2. This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 04.09.2018 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Kishanganj in S.T. No. 203 of 2017, arising out of Thakurganj (Powakhali) P.S. Case No. 57 of 2015.

3. As per the status report dated 23.05.2026, out of 17 witnesses, 13 witnesses have been examined.

4. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to take all the points as raised in this petition, before

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70864 of 2018(3) dt.02-07-2026 2/2 the learned Trial Court at appropriate stage in accordance with law.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioners.
