JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-12-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for executing an order dated 26.12.2008, passed by the District Programme Officer, Rohtas at Sasaram, however, the learned counsel for the Respondent-State has informed this Court that the said order dated 26.12.2008 was revised, by an

Patna High Court CWJC No.22222 of 2014(2) dt.12-12-2022 2/2 order dated 31.12.2008, passed by the concerned authority, whereafter the petitioner had preferred a writ petition bearing CWJC No. 13425 of 2009, however, the same was disposed of, by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 27.10.2009, granting liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate appeal. The petitioner is stated to have filed an appeal bearing Miscellaneous Case No. 18/2010, which has also been dismissed, by an order dated 14.10.2011, passed by the learned District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram. In view of the aforesaid, it is submitted that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
