Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 27 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 325, 341, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that although the fardbeyan was recorded on 05.01.2021 but the FIR was registered on 19.01.2021. He has also submitted that the

There is allegation against both the petitioners that they inflicted iron rod and made the leg of the informant fractured. The injury sustained by the informant has been described in the order of learned lower court which is grievous in nature.

Considering these facts and circumstances, it is not a fit case for anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, it is rejected.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
