Petitioner and opposite party No. 2 and the brother of the opposite party no. 2 are also present. Petitioner and opposite party no. 2 has no complain against each other and they also desire to live together.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5501 of 2017 (12) dt.22-08-2017 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Katihar, (Bihar), in connection with Complaint Case No. 420 of 2014 subject to condition as laid down under 438(2) Cr.P.C.
