The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special (N.D.P.S.) Case No.106 of 2018 arising out of Maner P.S. Case No.466 of 2018 registered under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 20, 22 of N.D.P.S. Act. It is alleged that 400 gram of Ganja has been recovered from possession of two persons who were apprehended by police on the spot. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73355 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of Sessions Judge /Special Judge, Patna in connection with Special (N.D.P.S.) Case No.106 of 2018 arising out of Maner P.S. Case No.466 of 2018. Both the bailors will be close relative of the petitioner.
