18.02.2015 This is an application for modification of the order dated 28.01.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1220 of 2013.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the name of the deponent's father has wrongly been mentioned as late Chulhai Manjhi in place of Deolal Manjhi.

The order is modified to the extent that the name of the deponent's father be read as Deolal Manjhi in place of late Chulhai Manjhi as also their relation-ship be read as son of the Petitioner in place of brother. The Modification Application stands allowed.

Let this order be communicated to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 6 of 2012.
