The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Triveniganj P.S. Case No.211 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted that the petitioner is merely an order giver. There is specific allegation against co-accused, Vijendra Yadav, of firing upon the brother of the informant. It is alleged that on the order of this petitioner coaccused, Vijendra Yadav, fired on the brother of the informant causing injury in the stomach.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3595 of 2017 (2) dt.10-02-2017 2/2 surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No.211 of 2016, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Supaul, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
