The petitioner wants to renew the prayer of bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 30.01.2016 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 58274 of 2015, on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 01.08.2015 having no criminal antecedent, there was free fight between the parties, there is case and counter case and the doctor has found injury on the person of the deceased caused by hard and blunt object, to which the learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer of bail by submitting that the petitioner is the assailant and he is responsible for causing injury on the head of the deceased.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39406 of 2016 (2) dt.28-09-2016 2/2 no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of the bail, again prayer of the bail of the petitioner stands rejected. However, considering the detention of the petitioner, let the trial be expedited and concluded as early as possible preferably within six months.
