Let the defects, if any, be removed within 15 days of the start of the physical Court.

Heard the parties.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2019. Submission is that the petitioner was not put on T.I.Parade during investigation of the case which is already closed. No incriminating article was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Only material is confessional statement of the petitioner while in police custody.

No.22009 of 2020(2) dt.10-07-2020 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barauli Police Station Case No.255 of 2019 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
