The allegation against the petitioner is that 50 bags of Iodine salt, 02 bags N.P.K., 01 bag of D.A.P. (IFFCO), 25 bags of M.O.P. (I.P.C.), 02 bags of Indigo Paint and 35 empty bags as well as other articles were recovered from the tin house of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has no concern with the said house and he is in custody since 26.07.2016.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

In view of the facts stated above, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49036 of 2016 (3) dt.14-12-2016 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Purnea in connection with Sadar P.S.Case No.56 of 2016 (G.R.No.659 of 2016).
