The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 23/25 of the P.N.D.T. Act.

The Civil surgeon of the district is informant of this case. Allegation is that the petitioner is proprietor of Ma Ambey Ultrasound Centre, which was running without proper licence and authority or registration before the appropriate authority. Since such type of offences are affecting the society at large, after hearing the parties, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Trial No.23 of 2016 arising out of G.C. Case No.16 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj/Successor
