The petitioner is accused in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 239 of 2016 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused, Suraj @ Raj in connection with Kazimohammadpur P.S. Case No. 255 of 2016. Thereafter, police apprehended the petitioner and got recorded his confessional statement showing his involvement in the present case and he was also remanded in two other cases. Further

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2380 of 2017 (2) dt.03-02-2017 submission is that petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 239 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
