On getting confidential information raid was conducted and during course thereof 492 bottles each containing 180 ml, 58 bottles each containing 750 ml, Royal stag whisky along with four glasses full of wine were seized. It is apparent that other coaccused stood enlarged on bail vide Cr.Misc.No.44836 of 2016 as well as Cr.Misc.No.46231 of 2016 and the case of the petitioner stood on similar footing.

Hence, petitioner Vishal Raj is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47552 of 2016 (2) dt.08-11-2016 2/2 Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Excise Case No.240 of 2016.
