This criminal writ application has been filed

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.754 of 2023(4) dt.07-07-2025 2/2 for the following reliefs:- "For issuance of a direction for taking cognizance under suitable sections of Indian Penal Code as case is clearly made out for offences under sections 468/471/420 and 384 of the I.P.C. though the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Jehanabad has taken cognizance under section 417 of I.P.C. against respondents no.4 to 12 in connection with complaint case no.706 of 2022 ignoring the materiel facts and deposition of complaint witnesses."

This criminal writ application is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file criminal revision in the Court below. If such criminal revision is filed, the same shall be considered and decided by the Court below on merit after condoning the delay, if any, in filing the revision considering the fact that the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court under criminal writ jurisdiction.
