2. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and apprehending her arrest in connection with Dholbajja P.S. Case No.83/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 323, 341, 354(B), 379, 384, 385, 504 and 506/34 of the IPC.
3. As per the case of prosecution, several co-accused persons including this petitioner, armed with various weapons, in order to grab the land of informant demanded extortion of Rs. 5 lakhs from the informant and snatched ornament and Rs. 4,000/- in cash.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner implicated with the present case due to land dispute. It is submitted that allegation of assault is appearing very much general and omnibus against all 41 named co-accused persons. It is also submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has already granted bail by one of the learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court through Cr. Misc. No. 34818/2025 dated 26.09.2025.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail.
6. In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of fact as allegation of assault is appearing very much general and omnibus in nature, where petitioner is a lady and claimed clean antecedent, accordingly petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-1st Naugachia/concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Dholbajja P.S. Case No.83/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS.
