Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Sabour PS Case No. 386/2017 for the offence under Sections 341, 448, 307, 384, 387, 504, 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is a lady and has been made accused due to dirty village politics. Learned counsel representing the petitioner also submits that there is no injury caused to the informant's side and false case has been lodged against the petitioner.

Considering that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, FIR was lodged at the time of election and that the petitioner is a lady, this application is allowed. Accordingly, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71187 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of one month from today, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate Xth, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour PS Case No. 386/2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
