16-05-2016 Since in both the cases, common relief has been sought for, both the writ petitions were heard together and are being disposed of by this common order.
At the very outset, Sri Vinay Kirti Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent/Bihar State Electricity Board submits that without approaching the authority concerned, the petitioners have directly approached this Court. He submits that in similar circumstances, one another writ petition i.e. C.W.J.C. No. 19661 of 2011 was disposed of on 10-05-2016 by this Court granting liberty to the petitioners of that case to approach the authority concerned.
In view of facts and circumstances, both the writ petitions stand disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner(s) to firstly approach the authority concerned by filing detailed separate representation. If such representations are filed within a period of eight weeks from today, the Court expects that respondent authority may consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months thereafter.
