Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-b)a, 26,35 of the Arms Act and section 17 C.L.A. Act. One country made loaded katta is said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and having similar allegation one co-accused has already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati at Gaya in Sherghati P.S. Case no. 132/2016. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
