The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband, but he never demanded any dowry nor tortured his wife. The entire allegation is false and concocted. On the other hand learned counsel for the complainant has filed counter affidavit stating the facts that the petitioner has already solemnized second marriage and he is blessed with a child from his second marriage.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
