Since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner while the grievance is on record which has also been raised before the District Magistrate, Patna, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the District Magistrate, Patna before whom the grievance has been raised to consider the same either by himself or to direct the authority concerned to consider the same and dispose of the grievance in accordance with the law expeditiously and preferably within 3 months of receipts/production of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of.
