ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2025 At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with the leave to file statutory appeal under Clause 32(ii) of the BTPDS (Control) Order, 2016.

2. Permission is accorded.

3. Petitioner is granted four weeks time to file his appeal before the District Magistrate concerned. On such appeal being filed, the same shall be taken into consideration strictly in accordance with law and necessary orders will be passed on merits. It is needless to mention that before passing any orders, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.
