19-04-2017 Seen the report submitted by the learned lower court wherefrom it is evident that statement of the petitioner under Section 313 Cr.P.C. had already been recorded. That being so, now the responsibility lies upon shoulder of petitioner in what manner he is going to co-operate with speedy disposal of the trial. If there happens to be active co-operation at the end of the petitioner, then in that event, the learned lower court will decide the trial within a month, positively.

With the aforesaid direction, instant petition is disposed of.
