The petitioner seeks bail in Raghunathpur P. S. Case No. 96 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that police after investigation has submitted charge under Sections 420 and 379 of the IPC.
Petitioner is not named in the written report. The informant has alleged in the written report that an unknown person came to her house and fled away with jewellery, as mentioned in the written report on the pretext that

It has been alleged that she read the news in Prabhat Khabar newspaper on 8.6.2018 that similar incident has taken place in Darauli police station and thereafter she went to the police station and identified this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of this petitioner.
Petitioner is in custody since 9.6. 2018 having no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM VIII,Siwan, in connection with Raghunathpur P. S. Case No. 96 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
