The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 24 of 2023 registered under Sections 363, 366A, 498A, 323, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22716 of 2023(2) dt.08-05-2023 2/2 petitioners. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 24 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
