The petitioner seeks to renew his prayer for regular bail which was earlier rejected after perusal of the case diary. Considering the fact that the provision of Section 366 of the I.P.C. could not be attracted in the present case as the victim lady was the married woman and that the provision of section 498 of the I.P.C. is to be attracted and also because the petitioner has already been in custody since 30.01.2016, let the petitioner above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Kumari Jyotsana, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 151 of 2014.
