2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 498A , 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of D. P Act. 3 . Allegation against these petitioners is commission of torture and harassment due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry .

4. Petitioner No. 1 father-in-law , petitioner No. 2 is Bhaisur, petitioner Nos. 3 , 4 and 5 are Nanad of the victim. They are separate in mess and property. There is general and omnibus allegation against them and they have no concern with affairs of the couple. Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition .

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D. J . M., Gaya in connection with Mahila P . S. Case No . 31 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
