Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 330 of 2016 registered under Sections 25(1-B)26/35 of the Arms Act.

As per written report several firearms have been recovered from a Almirah kept in the house of the petitioner. It is mentioned in the written report that the police prepared seizure list but the wife of the petitioner refused to put her signature on the same. Thereafter, the police seized the firearm. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7053 of 2017 (2) dt.21-02-2017 application is rejected. The petitioner may surrender and pray for regular bail which shall be considered by the learned lower court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by the present order.
