The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 06 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner happens to be brother- in- law of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific allegation is attributed to him.
