The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 376, 384 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation disclosed in the complaint petition, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail only for the reason that the parties have entered into a compromise.

Hence his prayer for anticipatory bail refused in connection with Phulwaria Police Station Case No. 88 of 2016 pending in the court of learned 13th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.
