03-02-2017 Sri Surendra Kishore Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 3, submits that in view of facts disclosed in the counter affidavit, almost all the grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed, however; he makes a prayer disposal of the present writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy, if still any grievance exists.

The prayer is allowed.

The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty, as indicated above.
