The petitioner seeks bail in Case No. C-2/475 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is alleged that 19.200 Nepali Saufi has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 8.9.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71062 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Case No. C-2/475 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
