The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On the alleged date of occurrence, the informant with his friends went to the house of the petitioner where they were attacked by the accused persons with lathi and rod due to which Sumit Kumar Gupta and Omprakash Gupta sustained injury. It is further alleged that the petitioner took away Rs. 30,000/- from the pocket of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in

It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the injury allegedly caused by the petitioner has been found by the Doctor to be simple in nature. There is case and counter case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated at para 3 of the bail petition.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the fact that the there is delay in lodging the F.I.R., let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Risiup P.S. Case No. 24 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) sanjeev/- U T
