Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barh P. S. case no. 373/2014 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the IPC.

There is allegation against this petitioner that he gave khanti blow on the head of the informant but annexure 3 to the petition reveals that injury on the head of the informant has been found simple in nature. There is counter case also and person who caused grievous injury to the informant has already been granted privilege of regular bail by learned court below itself. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
