JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. In huge quantity, bottles of Indian made foreign liquor were recovered beneath the berth of a train and petitioner and some others were found sitting on the aforesaid berth and on that basis informant claims that the seized articles belong to the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 31.08.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur in connection with Rail Sonepur Hajipur P.S.Case No. 71 of 2016.
